Spicy Sweet Sour Dinner

taste; sweet/soure and very hot/spicy

Ingredients;

ONIONS, 2 big ones, cut in pieces
PORK, 1 pound cut in small pieces
red PEPPER, fresh 1x (or 2 if you want it HOT) cut in little pieces and maintain the seads
PAPRIKA 3x, 1 yellow 1 red 1 green cut in slices
PEACHES, 1 can, cut in pieces add also all the juice
TOMATO KETCHUP, 3/4 of a bottle (ca. 500ml total)
SOJA SAUCE, 1 dinner spoon, or 1,5 if you want it more spicy
SALT, half tea spoon (be carefull!)

fry onion in oil
add pork
add paprika and pepper
stir and let cook for 5 mins til pork is all done and soft
add peaches with all the juice
add tomato ketchup
add soja sauce
add salt (watch out, its not really needed)
let it cook a while but not to long, about 20 mins

serve with pasta (or rice)

fresh leaves (what ever salad you like)
tomato
onion
white cabbage (very thin pieces)
egg (boiled)
little oil
little mayonaise
pepper from the mill

prepairing time, 3/4 til 1 hour
