Butter Biscuit

Butter Biscuit / Boterkoek



250 gr sugar
250 gr butter
325 gr self rising flour
4 spice biscuits (speculaas)


mix all together
exept for the spice biscuits

pour the batter in a baking form
make little bits of the spice biscuits and put them on top of the batter
press them a little into the batter


bake in the oven 1 hour
at 190 degrees

let cool down
let it get stiff in the fridge (better to cut)


ready to eat
